Darcy's Bio: Born and raised in Melbourne, Darcy spent a decade in the construction industry before pioneering the tiny house lifestyle in the Otway Ranges for five years. After successfully selling his venture and gaining his first taste of real estate, he moved to Cairns, Queensland, in 2005 and soon after become a real estate agent.

Before long, Darcy teamed up with international agent Miho to co-found DJ Smith Property in 2011. Still operating today with a reputation for excellence and industry respect, the agency remains a cornerstone of the Cairns real estate market.
